    Hunter talked about training stress score which I’m familiar with. On training peaks you can see your daily TSS. I was wondering your thoughts of how to structure TSS throughout the week. For example 30 points on the Monday, 60 points on the Tuesday, 120 points on a Wednesday, 30 points on the Thursday, 90 points on a Friday, 100 points on Saturday, 250 points on Sunday. Many thanks
