Mind over muscle isn't just a saying, to an extent it's actual science, and you can use that to your advantage in your triathlon training. Today's interview is with Professor Samuele Marcora, Director of Research at the School of Sports and Exercise Sciences at the University of Kent. He is a leading expert on psychobiology in endurance performance, and has done extensive research showing that endurance performance is not just limited by our physiological fitness, but also by our minds and mental fitness. He is also leading the way in the fascinating research of Brain Endurance Training (BET).
